	Dr. Tedaldi, founder of Dermatology Partners, Inc., created the practice with a vision of providing personalized medical and cosmetic dermatology care. A sought-after expert on cosmetic procedures, Dr. Tedaldi helps women and men in the Boston area improve their self-image with minimally invasive techniques. Known for her unique approach to cosmetic dermatology, she believes that the key to achieving outstanding results is through partnering with her patients and patient education. She is a graduate of Harvard University and completed her medical training at Massachusetts General Hospital and New York Hospital’s Cornell University Medical Center. She began practicing dermatology in the Boston area in 1986 and was one of the first local dermatologists to practice cosmetic dermatology in a spa setting. 	Dr. Herschenfeld specializes in cosmetic, laser and medical dermatology services. She is a recognized expert on reversing signs of aging and improving the skin's overall health and appearance, and she has published articles and lectured on sun related skin damage. In addition to her practice, she is a clinical instructor in the use of Botox®, fillers and laser treatments, and she actively participates in clinical trials for cosmetic treatments. From comprehensive evaluations to in-depth education to individualized treatment plans, she guides patients to beautiful results using a research-proven approach. A Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), Dr. Herschenfeld earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School. She completed residencies in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and in Dermatology at Boston Medical Center and Tufts Medical Center. 	Dr. Lunder specializes in general, cosmetic, and laser dermatology. She is committed to helping her patients prevent and reverse photo-damage by pairing the right skin care routine with the best laser treatments. She spent a year at Harvard’s Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital studying the use of UVA and UVB wavelengths to treat skin disorders. During her phototherapy fellowship, she researched how sunlight can damage the skin, causing everything from brown spots to skin cancer. Dr. Lunder, a partner in the practice, earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and her dermatology residency at Massachusetts General Hospital - Harvard combined residency program. 	Dr. Bachta specializes in medical, laser and cosmetic dermatology. She has over 30 years of dermatology experience and was one of the first dermatologists to use laser technology in the early 1980’s. Dr. Bachta is committed to offering her patients a high level of care, and she utilizes the latest treatment technology to achieve desired results. She enjoys working with children and offers comprehensive exams for the diagnosis and treatment of all skin conditions. Dr. Bachta earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. She completed an internship at Cambridge Hospital and her residency at Boston University Medical Center. 	Dr. Litani joins our practice after completing her fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery/Procedural Dermatology at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston,SC. While attending MUSC, Dr. Litani studied under the direction of the renowned Pearon G. Lang, M.D. and Joel Cook, M. D. Presently, she specializes in the surgical care of skin cancer, post surgical reconstruction, and general dermatologic surgery including laser and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Litani graduated magna cum laude and with Alpha Omega Alpha honors from the combined seven year BS/MD program at Union College and Albany Medic al College. She completed her internship at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in New York City and her dermatology residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. She has been published in Dermatologic Surgery.
