Milena is the Aesthetics Director at Dermatology Partners and a highly experienced Lead Master Esthetician with more than two decades of experience in medical aesthetics. Her journey into skincare began following a serious car accident in her twenties that left her with facial scarring. While searching for ways to improve and heal her own skin, she discovered a passion for aesthetics that ultimately changed the course of her career.
Before entering the field of medical aesthetics, Milena earned her degree in Merchandising Management. She often draws parallels between textiles and skin, believing that both require a deep understanding of structure, texture, integrity, and restoration. This unique perspective has helped shape her approach to skincare and has contributed to her reputation as a trusted expert in skin health and rejuvenation.
